Description

The client operates an online platform (energy portal) for monitoring, analyzing and managing private photovoltaic (PV) systems. The energy portal is also used to monitor energy storage and energy consumption. My services included

  • Contract review and negotiation with the provider and technical operator of the portal  
  • Drafting of terms of use and data protection policy for the online portal towards end customers
  • Drafting reseller agreements for making the portal available to other companies as a white-label solution (including controller-processor agreements/DPAs
