The client is a specialized service provider in the field of clinical trials and negotiates contracts with often large pharmaceutical companies (sponsors) and clinical research organizations (CRO).
I advise the client on issues such as
- data protection compliant design of websites, surveys and online marketing
- drafting of data protection notices (privacy policy)
- drafting data protection consent in the context of clinical trials / studies
- drafting and negotiation of data processing agreements (controller-processor agreements, DPAs) and joint controller agreements (JCA, Art. 26 GDPR)
